 Exchanges/Returns

To begin processing a Return/exchange please go to our Returns page.
All Zella Swim products are non refundable unless deemed faulty. 

 

Faulty Items

Please email customerservice@zellaswim.com.au within 14 days of delivery so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be returned and replaced. Returns must be made within 25 days of date of shipment.
In the event the item has been used, faulty items cannot be returned
 

Caring For your Zella Swimwear 

Your swimwear must be cared for properly to ensure you get the longest wear possible and have them looking amazing all season.

 

Fabric Care 

• To ensure correct treatment please refer to individual care labels on each product.
• Cold gentle machine wash garment separately or hand wash with luke warm water.
• High amounts of chlorine will damage your swimwear.
• Use mild detergent.
• Do not wring, soak or bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Drip dry in shade.
• Do not leave rolled up wet.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pulling to swimwear.
• Fake tanning products will mark and damage swimwear.
• Some sunscreen lotions and tanning oils may mark or damage swimwear.
• We recommend that you rinse immediately after use.
